Convert Node.Isddd to a boolean and simplify usage.

- Node.Isddd converted to bool
- Type.Isddd converted to bool
- mkinlcall converted to take isddd as a bool
- typecheckaste converted to take isddd as a bool
- ascompatte converted to take isddd as a bool
