include/u.h: define _DEFAULT_SOURCE for new glibc

glibc devs have apparently decided _BSD_SOURCE will be
deprecated on Linux, and issue a preprocessor warning if
declaring _BSD_SOURCE without _DEFAULT_SOURCE.
